Abby Lee Miller is currently from prisonafter serving 366 times for bankruptcy fraud in the Victorville Federal Correctional Institution in California. She is currently ben moved to the Residential Reentry Center in Long Beach where she’d get ordered and supervised environment. The 51-year old was charged with attempt to hide 775,000 of income from the Lifetime series in October 2015. In June 2016 she pleaded guilty.

It is alleged she’d hid the cash in her secret bank account in the year 2012-13.

The controversial reality TV star received only one year and one sentence in federal prison in May 2017. She thereafter has been arranged to follow a couple of decades of supervised release.
